The test is best suitable for the mining, construction, manufacturing, transport, logistics and industrial operations industries.
The Dover Test is a highly recommended psychomotor assessment, which is conducted to measure the fundamental underlying abilities of drivers, general workers and operators for the purpose of determining at what level candidates are capable of performing in the workplace. The assessment looks at important skills needed by drivers, general workers and operators, namely reactive ability, basic decision-making ability, manual co-ordination and estimation of moving objects.
The Dover Test has been an integral part of the recruitment and safety assessment of operators of machinery and equipment using:

Test Validity
